Product Features:
1. Application Field:
The VDF series vertical machining center is our company’s new generation of slide rail vertical machining center. It is widely used in industries such as automotive, mold making, and machinery manufacturing for processing box parts, shell parts, disk parts, and irregular-shaped parts. With a single clamping, the machine can automatically complete multi-process machining, including milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping on all four sides of the workpiece.
2. Key Performance and Features of the Machine:
1. The machine’s base, column, spindle head, cross slide, and worktable are all made of high-strength cast iron, ensuring stability and quality.
2. High-speed and high-precision spindle:
– The spindle motor is driven by a high-torque timing belt, ensuring slip-free operation and significantly reducing transmission noise and heat.
– The spindle adopts precision angular contact bearings.
– High-performance grease lubrication for spindle bearings and an economical spindle head cooling system effectively control spindle temperature rise.
– The spindle utilizes an IRD dynamic balance correction device to directly correct the dynamic balance, preventing resonance during high-speed operation and ensuring machining accuracy.
3. High-precision ball screw pair: The pre-stretched ball screw greatly increases transmission stiffness and eliminates the thermal deformation effect during rapid motion, ensuring the machine’s positioning accuracy and repeatability.
4. Automatic tool changer system with pneumatic and electric control for fast and reliable tool exchange. It is pollution-free and easy to maintain.
5. The machine is equipped with a complete protective cover for aesthetics, safety, leakage prevention, and environmental protection. The spiral automatic chip removal device is simple and environmentally friendly, used for conveying general metal and non-metal chips.
6. Efficient automatic lubrication system with excellent lubrication performance and minimal oil waste.
7. Sophisticated oil-water separation device reduces the mixing of cutting fluid and oil, preventing deterioration of the cutting fluid and extending its service life.
8. The wiring inside the electrical cabinet complies with safety standards to ensure the control system operates without external interference. The electrical cabinet is equipped with a heat exchanger to effectively control the temperature inside, ensuring stable long-term operation of the control system.
9. High-precision lead screw compensation: Each transmission shaft is compensated using a high-precision laser measuring device, resulting in more accurate positioning accuracy of each axis, making it suitable for machining high-precision parts.
